Unused articles do not roll over to the next billing period
Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service suspension

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Generate spam, malware, or malicious content
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
Resell or redistribute content generated through our Service without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of all content generated through our Service. By using SEO Autopilot, you grant us:

A license to store and process your content to provide the Service
Permission to use anonymized data to improve our AI models
The right to publish content to your connected CMS platforms

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by SEO Autopilot and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Suspend service in case of emergency or security threats
Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the period ends.

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused articles. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the period ends.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO AUTOPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO Autopilot from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEO Autopilot is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute will lie exclusively in that same jurisdiction unless applicable mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
